Isolde is an experienced and qualified leadership and team coach, working with clients in Ireland and Internationally. She draws on her background in business and management to effectively coach her clients. She believes in a strengths-based approach and works systemically with clients to secure lasting change and improved performance. Whatever the industry, her approach is always the same – guiding individuals to allow them to reach their true potential, through increased awareness of themselves, others and their relationships.

Isolde has earned an MBA and MSc in Executive and Team Coaching. She is accredited at Master level. Over the last 12 years, Isolde has coached and trained senior leaders and teams from a diverse range of industry sectors in Ireland and Internationally.

She works with leaders and their teams to achieve increased performance, better business results and where required, transform their business. This is achieved through a process of evaluating their environment, context and working relationships; through individual and collective reflection and development; and through better quality conversations with all stakeholders.
