I have enjoyed coaching leaders from around the world, and from all trades and vocations. The leaders I work with seek to lead from purpose and values, and work to overcome personal or interpersonal challenges that get in their way.
Prior to coaching, I have spent my entire career in the Education sector, helping leaders grow themselves and others so as to transform the way we live and work. A trained Design Thinker and Liberating Structures facilitator, I help my clients develop an inclusive leadership style and grow their leadership capacity through small experiments. They report success in the topics below through creating new insight on Self and others, and through taking small, and powerful steps into their authentic leadership style so as to create the results they want.
