“Joan is a great listener; I was impressed how she understood the business so well which made the coaching even better. She helped me identify my blind-spots therefore I became a more capable and confident leader. Coaching with Joan helped me to build a robust team and meet our goals even better than expected. Joan is not afraid to challenge and asks questions which made the direction clearer. Joan helped me identify opportunities I didn’t even know existed".
