 Testimonials

Susan has coached me over the last five years and she has the ability to ask me a question or a series of questions that I had not thought of before, which helped me see situations from different perspectives. Susan quickly built a rapport with me, making me feel comfortable to be open and really delve into my challenges and opportunities. Her coaching has helped me create momentum to move forward in a new direction and achieve my key performance indicators as well as securing a promotion. I could not have achieved such success without Susan’s coaching.

Mark, Project Manager

Since I started working with Susan, my effectiveness and impact in the organisation has undergone a transformation.  I have learned to delegate effectively and empower my team by encouraging them to take on greater responsiblity and accountability.  I have new tools which in turn has improved my relationship with others.
