Betty has over 15 years’ experience as an Executive Coach and has held Senior Management positions in Human Resources. She understands business dynamics and is adept at translating leadership and positive psychology into actions and behaviours that deliver sustainable results.

She brings an in-depth and practical understanding of leadership, employee engagement, performance management and has first-hand experience of the challenges and rewards involved in assuming a leadership role.

Betty adopts a warm, collaborative and personalised solution-focused approach. She facilitates clients in uncovering alternative perspectives and possibilities, igniting their enthusiasm and creativity so that they identify and make the changes they desire.

Betty has a proven track record in nurturing talent and supporting her clients to reach the highest level of performance. She is a Lecturer on the MSc. in Personal & Management Coaching in UCC. Betty has coached senior leaders and managers in both the public and private sectors. She has close family members who work in the teaching profession, and has coached individuals in the Educational Sector giving her insight and understanding of the challenges and complexities of Educational Leadership.
