Experience in one to one coaching

As a business and executive coach for 13 years, Elizabeth has coached clients from across all sectors including education, business, community and corporate.

Elizabeth has an innate ability to connect with clients and collaborates with them to come up with practical and concrete solutions connected to the achievement of goals. She supports clients to overcome self-limiting thoughts, empowers them to harness their strengths and learn new ways of dealing with emerging and recurring issues.

Elizabeth is a confidential sounding board for the sharing of issues, exploration of new ideas and has a particular talent for galvanising people into action.

Elizabeth has coached people in the following areas with excellent outcomes for the clients:
• Home school Community Liaison Officers in Dublin and Cork
• Teacher Summer Courses - managing challenging behaviour in school
• Limerick Institute of Technology
• Presentation Brothers Anglo Irish Provincial Leadership Team

“The coaching sessions with Elizabeth were timely given my role in leading change and managing a resistant team with high levels of conflict. Elizabeth was re-assuring, intuitive and a very good listener, but also knew how to ask challenging questions. She is an independent advisor who can provide frank and neutral advice that may be difficult to find inside your own workplace. She de-mystified leadership theories and provided practical examples of how I could use them to address my challenges. The series of coaching sessions were extremely beneficial and enabled me to see things from a different perspective and deal with problems in a new way. I fully intend to use Elizabeth’s services again in the future.”
