Mark is an accomplished Coach and Leader with over 30 years' experience in leadership and management. In 2014 he established Actus Business Coaching & Consulting to work with individuals and teams, supporting them in making significant positive changes both for themselves and their organisations. Fundamentally, Mark views Coaching as ‘the creation of a safe and non-judgemental space to allow (you) the Client, to self-reflect and be open, to allow the Coach to support and challenge, and to allow both to work together to make a positive difference for the Client, both professionally and personally.’
