Experience in one to one coaching

Ingrid has over twenty years' experience in leadership and team development, and a master’s degree in Coaching and Positive Psychology from University College Cork. In her coaching practice, she works with women leaders who want to set themselves ambitious professional goals and achieve them without burning out. She is also engaged in the development of wellbeing, work-life balance, and women's leadership programmes within organisations nationally and internationally. Ingrid is also part of Connect a Coach, a voluntary organisation which has been providing coaching to frontline workers since the start of the pandemic in April 2020.

In her coaching sessions Ingrid works with her clients to create sustainable change based on techniques designed to bring out the best in individuals, groups, and organisations. Helping her clients identify, develop, and build on their strengths, resilience, and emotional intelligence, she facilitates an environment where solutions and leadership skills can be explored, actioned, and evaluated in a way that improves performance, effectiveness, work-life balance and overall wellbeing.
