Experience in one to one coaching


Genevieve is an experienced Executive Coach and Assessment Specialist. She has a warm and engaging communication style and takes a collaborative and solution-focused approach with her coachees.
As an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant, Genevieve coaches’ individuals and teams with the sole purpose of enabling them to thrive in their chosen field/role. She is passionate about the ‘growth of the individual’ not just in their career but also in their personal life. She brings with her a practical approach to her coaching emanating from over 20 years’ experience of leading and managing teams through change in a large organisation. She coaches leaders and managers in Education, the Charity sector, Financial Services, Construction and Retail.
Genevieve develops and facilitates a wide range of Management and Personal Development programmes on behalf of Ibec and facilitates Adult Life Skills Training with the mental health charity, Aware. Given her level of practical experience, her academic qualifications and experience in the area of personal wellbeing, Genevieve takes a very holistic approach to her coaching. She focuses on empowering individuals by increasing their level of self-awareness, this in turn supports them in creating an environment in which they and their staff can flourish.
Genevieve is an experienced facilitator in the area of team coaching and getting teams working better together. She has familiarised herself with the LAOS Framework documents, so along with her own leadership experience, Genevieve has an understanding of the issues and challenges facing Principals and their teams.
