Shelley Crawford is an Executive, Life, Leadership, Performance and Wellbeing Coach, Lecturer and Leadership Resilience Facilitator. Her core background is in Education (Primary, Senior and Higher) and Organisational Psychology. She specializes in Leadership, Resilience and Communication, with a special interest in Conflict Management, Performance and Development and Educational and Corporate Wellbeing. Shelley’s passion is assisting people to realize their fullest potential while living a well, balanced life - maximizing their skills and talents to achieve their goals - particularly in the field of education and diverse and culturally different environments.
Over the past 20 years, Shelley has coached education leaders and executive and management clients through crucial communication and human factors performance issues, employee secondments, diversity in organisations, resilience-building and stress management.
In Ireland, Shelley currently coaches executive and senior management clients in organisations such as ESB, Top Oil, HSE, Enterprise Ireland and the Education Sector through various leadership and management issues;
In the area of Mental Health and Wellbeing, she coaches clients referred by CareCall (UK), EAP Consultants and HSE in Dublin and Belfast.
Shelley is a Coach Supervisor and supervises coaches throughout Ireland and the UK.
Shelley lectures on Resilience and Wellbeing Coaching; Personal, Leadership and Executive Coaching (PL&EC), and Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching (MHWBC), in Dublin, Cork and Belfast. She designed a large portion of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching and Resilience Coaching programme that she delivers.

Shelley has designed and delivered wellbeing & leadership development programmes for companies in government, corporate and higher education institutions in Ireland, South Africa, New Zealand and Bahrain. Her work has involved extensive travel in Europe, Africa and the USA.
