I no longer feel overwhelmed and have a more realistic perspective on what is possible. The coaching sessions with Noel were invaluable and I am more resilient to face the challenges ahead”
Newly Appointed School Principal

Noel’s advice, impartial listening and guidance was an incredible support to me. There were areas of school development that I wanted to progress and the uninterrupted conversations with Noel, in my office, allowed me to take ideas from a conceptual stage to reality. Noel’s familiarity with the challenges of being a principal in the Secondary education sector was very helpful and reassuring. In a role where your function is often multi-faceted, fast paced and independent the expertise of an experienced coach is extremely worthwhile. I would highly recommend Noel Brosnan.

School Principal

It's great to talk to Noel who listens and hears what I am trying to say but also has the skills to move me forward - skills I know are tried and tested.  It's important to trust the advice and where it is coming from.  Coaching with Noel has helped me identify my strengths and validate my leadership style. I am also more aware of areas that that I need to strengthen. Noel gave me some good strategies for more effective outcomes from staff meetings and staff roles.
