    Testimonials
The coaching provided by Michael has supported me hugely.  It affirmed what I was doing well, helped me to focus on where I needed to improve and led me towards how to improve.

    School Principal

The coaching process with Michael provided a listening ear, empowerment and the ability to focus on some key HR issues. Chatting them through with Michael and anticipating outcomes has really changed the focus and the energy of the issues and made them far more resolvable.  The service provided by Michael is invaluable.

    School Principal

Michael helped me to stand back and find the best way of using my skills to manage certain situations.  The WISER Leadership profiling tool used during the process has been highly informative and revealing and has helped me to understand more clearly why I respond and react as I do.   In many ways I have been taking some of my abilities completely for granted.  I have become more appreciative of what I can do rather than dwelling on what I find difficult.  This awareness has helped me to begin to manage challenging situations more readily and confidently.  I’m extremely grateful to Michael and to CSL for the benefits this process has provided me in my role as Principal - my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.
