Michael is highly experienced in coaching school Principals across primary, secondary and special schools. His approach is to address the unique needs of each Principal in the context of the challenges that they face on a day to day basis. The process is Principal driven, focussing on a full understanding of each Principal’s challenges and developing tangible and practical solutions for these.
Michael’s experience to-date has given him a deep understanding of the unique role of school Principal in our education system and broader society. He has developed a huge respect for the commitment and abilities of Principles having regard to the responsibilities they carry and is highly motivated to equip his clients to achieve maximum levels of performance and job satisfaction.
Michael coaches extensively at both organisational and individual level and brings the full breadth and depth of his qualifications and his twenty five years plus experience to each coaching engagement. He has coached senior leaders in public, private and multi-national organisations and can access this broad experience to deliver innovative and tangible outcomes for his clients.
